PURCHASING POLICY
By making a purchase from Ka Makana Hauʻoli, you are entering into an agreement governed by our store policies, which include but are not limited to our Returns and Exchanges Policy, Defects and Damages Policy, Shipping Policy, and Local Pickup Policy. Your purchase is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these policies carefully to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As a small business that creates limited-run designs, we are unable to guarantee the availability of specific fabrics, styles, or sizes in stock. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our swimwear to ensure the integrity and cleanliness of our products. Mahalo for your understanding and for supporting our thoughtfully crafted, small-batch collections.
DEFECTS & DAMAGES POLICY
While we do our utmost best to make sure that the products we create are of the absolute best quality, please understand that defects and damages can happen! If you received a defective or damaged product, e kala mai! Please email aloha@kamakanahauoli.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue right away by offering a replacement or, if the product is no longer available, providing store credit. We will respond to all inquiries within 72 hours.
SHIPPING POLICY
Ka Makana Hauʻoli ships WORLDWIDE for a flat rate of $8 for domestic orders and $25 for international orders.
- We strive to process your order as quickly as possible; however, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Orders are not processed on the weekends or holidays.
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. For orders shipped within Hawaiʻi, please allow 2–3 business days for delivery. Orders to the Continental U.S. typically require an additional 4–5 business days, while international orders may take an additional 7–10 business days for delivery.
- While we ship worldwide, we reserve the right to limit shipping locations at our sole discretion. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipping.
By purchasing from Ka Makana Hauʻoli, your package is automatically insured up to the contents value.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your package is shipped.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update with the shipping carrier. Please continue to check your order’s tracking number for estimated delivery dates.
- If your order tracking says “DELIVERED” and you have not yet received your order, please contact the shipping provider immediately and they should be able to locate your package for you. If they are unable to locate your package, please file a claim with the shipping provider as soon as possible.
Ka Makana Hauʻoli is not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels inflicted by shipping carriers.
- Incorrect addresses. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed and updated the address with you (if applicable).
LOCAL PICKUP POLICY
